One-on-One Nutrition Counseling

Free 15-minute Phone Consultation: Do you want to optimize your nutrition, but you aren’t sure where to start? Schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation so we can discuss your goals and which path may be the best option for you.

Initial Session: We will take a deep dive into your medical and nutrition history and work together to develop a plan to achieve your goals.
75 minutes, $250
Follow-up Sessions: Consistency is key. I always recommend at least one follow-up after the initial session to check in and fine tune everything while continuing to problem solve. Follow-ups can be scheduled at any frequency that meets your needs.
45 minutes, $175

4 Session Package: Save $100 with the perfect starter kit to dial in a few specific issues. We can meet weekly for 4 weeks or spread it out over 4 months, whatever works for you and your goals.
1 initial session, 3 follow-up sessions, $675

8 Session Package: Save $200 with the perfect package for a deep dive into your entire eating pattern. We can meet weekly for 8 weeks or spread sessions out to a maximum of one calendar year from initial purchase.
1 initial session, 7 follow-up sessions, $1,275

* All one-on-one nutrition counseling is done virtually via HIPAA compliant video consultation.

Private Group Nutrition Education Classes

Your group of 4 or more can request a specific topic or choose from my existing content. These are perfect for climbing gyms, running clubs, yoga studios, sports teams, or youth sports clubs. Existing content includes:

  • Sports Nutrition 101

  • Climbing Nutrition Basics

  • Nutrition and Chronic Disease

  • Nutrition and Agricultural Concerns

Single Session Series (total time 2 hours)

30-min session: $175 Four 30-min sessions: $500
60-min session: $275 Two 60-min sessions: $500
90-min session: $375

Insurance: I do not accept insurance, but I can provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for services.
