Follow-up Sessions: Consistency is key. I always recommend at least one follow-up after the initial session to check in and fine tune everything while continuing to problem solve. Follow-ups can be scheduled at any frequency that meets your needs.

4 Session Package: Save $100 with the perfect starter kit to dial in a few specific issues. We can meet weekly for 4 weeks or spread it out over 4 months, whatever works for you and your goals.
1 initial session, 3 follow-up sessions, $675

Book 4 Session

8 Session Package: Save $200 with the perfect package for a deep dive into your entire eating pattern. We can meet weekly for 8 weeks or spread sessions out to a maximum of one calendar year from initial purchase.
1 initial session, 7 follow-up sessions, $1,275

Private Group Nutrition Education Classes

Request a specific topic or choose from existing content. These are perfect for climbing gyms, running clubs, yoga studios, sports teams, or youth sports clubs. Examples include Sports Nutrition 101, Climbing Nutrition Basics, and Nutrition for a Healthy Life.

Insurance: I currently accept Premera Blue Cross insurance. If you have another insurance carrier, I can provide you with a super-bill to submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement for services.
